Focus On Renewal, a non-profit organization known for delivering a variety of high-quality social services, is pleased to announce a significant addition to its executive team.  Kevin Platz has been appointed as the organization’s new Executive Director.

Having previously served as the organization’s Director of Development, Kevin brings a deep understanding of Focus On Renewal’s mission and a reputation of excellence in advancing its goals through strategic growth and fundraising initiatives. Kevin will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s strategic initiatives and fostering continued growth.

With a proven track record of success in non-profit leadership and development initiatives, Kevin brings seasoned expertise and insight to Focus On Renewal. His extensive background and depth of knowledge in strategic non-profit management positions him as an invaluable asset not only to the organization, but also to those they serve. Kevin has a strong reputation for innovative thinking, exceptional leadership, and a deep understanding of the community-driven organizational landscape, as well as the unique ecosystem of the philanthropic sector.

“After a thorough search, we are thrilled to welcome Kevin back to the Focus On Renewal team,” said Tracey Lewis, President of Focus On Renewal’s Board of Directors. During his tenure as Development Director, Kevin increased individual fundraising by 306%, launched the organization’s charity golf outing, and established new communication and event strategies that significantly enhanced community engagement and donor support.

Kevin expressed enthusiasm about his return to Focus On Renewal in the role of Executive Director. “I am honored to be a part of Focus On Renewal’s team and look forward to contributing to the organization’s growth and success,” he stated. Kevin added “I am passionate about connecting philanthropy to purpose, and I am eager to help Focus On Renewal continue delivering a mission-driven impact that transforms lives.
