H. Rochelle Stachel is President and Founder of HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc., located in Moon Township, PA, which is a leader in materials QA/QC inspection for transportation, rail/transit, oil & gas, power, commercial, and water/wastewater markets. As an active member of the PAACC, she serves as Vice Chair of the Executive Committee/Military Liaison, co-chair for the Military Affairs Committee, and is a member of the Honorary Commanders Committee. She also served as a member of the Military Affairs Council of Western PA, which initiated the “Save the 911th” initiative to prevent the shutdown of 911th Airlift Wing near Pittsburgh International Airport. Rochelle is also the recipient of numerous regional business recognition awards, including Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year®” (construction) in the Western PA/WV region, and the 2016 PAACC The Sally Award.
