    Primary Duties:
    • Draft documents for visa applications, petitions, applications for permanent residence, labor certification applications and other immigrant and non-immigrant related filings.
    • Communicate verbally and in writing with business and individual clients and coworkers.
    • Analyze and review case details to determine future actions.
    • Assist with online application processes, including in PERM, FLAG and/or CEAC databases and consular processing of immigrant petitions through NVC.
    • Liaise with government agencies including USCIS, CBP, DOS and/or DOL.
    • Gather and analyze evidence, review, and organize information and files and conduct quality assurance review of filings.
    • Revise job descriptions, client advisories related to developments in the field and other written communication pieces.
    • Assemble application and petition packages and files with USCIS and other agencies.
    • Coordinate translation of various documents
    • Perform administrative duties related to new client intake.
    • Maintain calendar of filing deadlines, processing times, etc. and manage caseload.
    • Focus on professional development and stay informed on immigration law trends and news, sharing information with others.
    • Work as part of a team and assist coworkers, as needed.
