Care for the Caregiver

Calling all family caregivers! In honor of National Family Caregivers Month, Vincentian presents a full day of interactive sessions dedicated to addressing the kaleidoscope of caregiver needs through a wellness lens. When caring for a spouse, older family member, child, friend, or all of the above, self-care can easily become the last priority. Attendees will participate in a variety of workshops and engage with wellness-focused community resources. Join us as we welcome Pittsburgh television personality and internationally known wellness educator, speaker, and author of three books Jennifer Antkowiak as our keynote speaker.
