Rob received his BA in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and his Masters of Taxation from Robert Morris College in 1989. Rob's 10 years as the Accounting Tax Manager for an area CPA firm was the foundation for the creation of RLO & Company.  RLO & Company started in 1991 as a standard CPA Accounting and Taxation practice. As founder of RLO & Company, Rob continues to be involved in all client engagements and taxation matters.  Along with his management responsibilities, Rob stays active in the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants (PSPA) and the National Society of Tax Professionals.
